Your Reservation
Using the highest quality and freshest ingredients every item is made to order. We take limited reservations so we can give your reservation the attention it deserves. It is recommended that you make your reservation early as we can book months in advance.
Reservations are confirmed when payment is remitted via text or email invoice through Square. All unpaid reservations auto-delete after 72 hours.
ALLERGEN INFO: Produced on shared equipment that may come into contact with eggs, milk(dairy), soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame and/or seafood. Products are not gluten-free or vegan.

Do you deliver?
As a custom bakery, we do not have a traditional retail storefront and deliver to corporate events, venues, and celebrations. Our current service area is Cuyahoga, Lake, and Geauga counties, Ohio.
We believe that your special occasions deserve a personal touch. To ensure that your treats arrive fresh and in perfect condition, we hand deliver right to your event location.
Our delivery fee for this exceptional service is $25.00.
We are committed to making your celebrations as sweet and stress-free as possible.
A mileage fee of .75 per mile may apply to areas outside of our service area. Our primary service area for hand delivery and event set up is Cuyahoga, Lake, and Geauga counties, Ohio.
Three-tier cake set up and cupcake buffet display set up additional fee.
For shipping cookies within the continental US, we ship via UPS Air delivery. We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged packages or mis-delivery via the carrier. Shipping issues must be handled with UPS. Shipping fees start at $45.00 for approximately four dozen cookies, boxed and individually packaged.
We do not offer refunds or returns.
How far in advance should I order?
Our calendar fills up very quickly, so it is recommended to make your reservation as soon as you choose your date or at least a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of your event. Events held during peak times of May-September should be reserved with several months' notice.
Custom cakes require advance notice to allow for sufficient time to design and create. Cookie orders may require special cutters. We request a minimum of two weeks, notice for all orders.
Can I mix and match cupcakes or macarons by the dozen?
Since we custom bake to order for events and occasions we do not offer mixed boxes of cupcakes or macarons.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
As a custom bakery, we bake to order and do not offer same-day delivery.
How much notice is needed for custom cookies?
We request a minimum of 14 days' notice for custom cookies. We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible during peak times or when custom cutters are needed.
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship cookies via UPS Next Day Air.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-free products?
We do not have a dedicated gluten-free or allergen-free kitchen.
Is payment required at the time of booking?
Yes, to reserve your date payment in full is expected when your invoice is sent. We plan our calendar according to the size and details of the custom reservation. This means we may need to close our books to potential clients. We do not offer refunds per our booking policy. We invoice via Square to your email for secure and contactless payment.

Standard 1x2 inch servings:

8 inch/ 3 layer serves 24-36
10 inch/3 layer serves 36-54
Tier cakes:
6"+8" serves 36-54
8"+10" serves 60-90
